The submission will automatically be entered into LiftFund’s database as a potential lead.  Your client will be automatically contacted by LiftFund to begin the loan application process along with team members calling as a courtesy follow up.

Upon receipt of a completed loan application and documentation requested, LiftFund’s review of an application that is complete is 3-5 busines days. 

If you are a registered referral source at LiftFund, you will receive quarterly reports via email on your referrals to LiftFund. 

No, LevelFi does not approve loans for LiftFund. It’s a tool that we use to share the probability of a client being a good applicant.  If a lead is referred to us with a low risk LevelFi score, there is a high probability that a loan will be approved by underwriters if the information about the client is accurate. 

Yes, LiftFund is a Community Financial Development Institute and can collaborate with your financial institution to meet your CRA goals including reporting of referrals through LevelFi.  

You do not have to use LevelFi to refer leads to LiftFund.  However, we highly recommend utilizing LevelFi to create a great customer experience and set expectations before they work with LiftFund. 

Yes, LiftFund is SOCII compliant and protects all PII (Personal Identification Information) through our systems.
